Hey guys. I just started Test E. And I eat as much as I can but I have an issue.
I have my own mobile tint business and Im always running around town. I try to eat but its very VERY hard to make time for it.
Is protein bars ok to have threw out the day?
    Any suggestions?

I dont want to waist a cycle cause im unable to eat as much cause of work.

I can understand in part your situation.
I reckon you're driving almost all the day, wouldn't you be able to eat in car?
You just have to park it somewhere every three hours and have a meal.

Protein bars are usually full of high GI carbs (sugars) and this is not a good deal if you eat them more then once a day. They're anyway processed food.

I suggest to have some protein, oats and flaxseed shakes, but a maximum of 2 per day (processed food as weel). Take away some ground meat, cans of tuna, bread etc.

    Hope this helps

All great ideas. I dont have a cooler so I will go buy one tomorrow. Yes Im in my truck all day but drive time is only roughly 5-10mins per site. I have dealerships and once I start hitting up cars its none stop. I did buy 10 cans of tuna so I would say tuna sandwiches would probley be good and some grilled chicken.

Thanks guys, Consider a new cooler bought tomorrow. Just hate cold food but hell with it.

    TIME TO GET BIG!!!!!
