It's been about a year since my last cycle and I just got ahold of 10cc of Sustanon 250 and 20cc's of Deca. I've used them both in the past with excellent results and was wondering what you all thought would be the best way to stack the two this go around. Also, I have plenty of Nolvadex on hand just in case. I'm 25, 6'1 220lbs. Thanks for the help.

1-10 deca 400mgs a week

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you need something other than nolvadex on hand if you're running deca, if you start getting gyno from the deca, nolva will only make it worse.
Also listen to shifty, you need to do the math on your sus... you will need at least 6000mg for a 12 week cycle so u probably wanna have 30cc total of sus 250

Do more research on the sust it is not an oed aas-plus the sust makes you very sore!-I was just on a cycle that I stoped at 8wks because of a broken bone-I did 500mg of sust and 600mg decca a week-I did the decca every 6days and the sust every 3days-I kept very much of my gains and was surprised at how good the cycle did even though I was
planning on cycling about 10-12weeks!-I did need something for gyno on this cycle and early on-something I never had before on any other aas I have tried-Save the nolva for another cycle and get on ar-r and get the ?-dex-I'm sure you know what product I'm talking about-

In my opinion if you don't eat good aas are almost useless-
