''first cycle'' and want to make it a good one
ok it took a long time for me to find a hook up wow lol.
Maybe this might just be my second one because i did a cycle of android a while back idk....anyways
iv been on here of and on doing research.
my dude saids he can get anything and every thing.
so i really cant wait to try it
test deca & d-bol cycle
and i need you guys to help me out on the pct if thats cool the pct is the most impotent one.
just let me know the best way i should run test,deca,d-bol cycle

don't think you need all that for 1st cycle, just test and maybe one other compound but to each their own. look in the pct forum

for a first cycle just use test with a dbol kicker, this makes it easier on you because if you get gyno than you know how to treat it, but if deca is in there, because it is a progestrin, you don't know what you can use to treat gyno because it could be the test or deca

here, i'll lay out some stuff for you,
first thing, you need to get your diet in check, here is some threads on cutting, lean bulking and pure bulking to give you some info, but you need to post your diet for critiqueing, your wasting your money otherwise

only when you have your diet down should you think about cycling, a beginner cycle should look like this
1-12 test e 500mg/week
1-4 dbol 40mg/day ( this is used to kickstart the cycle and is optional)
take your test injections 3.5 days apart, like monday morning and thursday evening
split your dbol up throughout the day, this will keep your blood levels stable, which means less sides and more gains
if you take the dbol, supplement with liv52 to help you liver cope with breaking down the dbol
btw, here are the profiles on the AS you will be using so read them and get to know the stuff your putting in your body

Now for some other important stuff, you need to have some arimidex on hand in case you start getting water retention or gyno, so get some, in fact, read this thread 3x before you start your cycle as it will tell you....

i eat 6 or 7 times a day
things i eat umm... lets see
protein powder,Venison (Deer meat if you dont know) hamburger
bone less skin less Chicken, salmon,Turkey,lots of eags,no fat cottage Cheese,sirloin,Chickpeas (garbanzo beans),lots of Tuna, kidney beans,black beans,Peanuts,Almonds,Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds some times Cashews,beef jerky,picked harrings,shrimp
rutabaga, Flax Seed, Asparagus,Cauliflower,Broccoli,green and red Peppers,(Sweet Potatoes one of my fav-)Tomatoes,Beets,Cabbage,Lettuce,Mushrooms,Onion,(S pinach witch i hate but i still eat it)Brussels sprouts,Eggplant,Artichoke,Avocado,Yams,
whole wheat bread or pasta,brown rice,oat bran,virgin olive oil,Apples and
(oat meal with flax and protein powder)
and il have a muscle milk right after i work out every day

ok man..first at 6'1 250 lbs you're a pretty big guy..i can only imagine you're lookin to cut...if thats the case dbol isnt the way to go (b/c you will hold alot of water retention)
im not too familiar with decca, its effects, its sides, or its dosage so i can not comment on that..i can only speak about what i know
what kind of test are you goin to be running? can u get your hands on any cutting gear (if thats what u want to do)
but before that..why dont you up your cardio and try to shed a couple of lbs

i already layed out a full cycle guide for you to follow, i wouldn't take deca yes as you don't know how your body will react to the test, just do a test only cycle and be patient, it's a good cycle
