Thin as a stick
hello guys.. i am fedup the way i look...i am very thin...is there any thing out there for me????

Lets see we got steak, rice, whole wheat pasta, cottage cheese, protien shakes, barbells, hammer strength machines, benches....just to name a few.

Do some research on a good bulking diet. Theres alot of good info on this forum and alot of guys that are hear to help. goodluck

you probably think you eat alot but i can gurentee you that you dont or you wouldnt be thin as a stick. steroids will only be wasted on you right now because you need to learn how to properly diet first. like someone above said. go into the diet section and see how the big boys eat.

This is good advice!-I have the same build well I had the same build as
you untill I was always eating or drinking a shake and walking around like my stomach felt like it was so full all the time and I got lots of rest and was consistent with working out-I'm not a big eater so eating enough is the hardest part of my workout routine-BY FAR!

You have to eat dude.. frequently throughout the day. Forget about the
regular 3 squares a day.
You need to to double that. Smaller meals but with more frequency.
If you feel hungry that mean you phucked up and it's too late. You should never
feel hungry.
For you i would suggest casein protein...some bodybuilders i know eat every 2 hrs.
The cure for you is simple seafood diet...when you see food.. eat it!

But gotta be the right kinds of foods in the correct amounts.
You should be looking at 6 meals per day.

its not about how much you eta...but you have to eat the right food and lots of it...eating lots of crackers isnt gonna help...eat lots of good protein and complex carbs and some efa (essntial fatty acids) and you will pout on weight like nothing...more calories in that what go out...its basic math dood

You guys have it wrong, its not about how much you eat its about how much you masturbate. Just make sure you swap hands regularly so that one side of your body is not more developed than the other.
