Please help. If a substance calls for 600 mgs a week and the needle goes up to 3 mls. how do I figure that out.

First you need to know the concentration of the substance.

Look on your vial and it will say something like Test250 or Test200

well since it's test 250 you have to figure out the ml's to get to 600.... 1 ml = 250 mgs.... so if you do 1 ml twice a week that would put you at 500mgs for the week. Can you do the math from there?

It depends if you are cutting or not, if your not cutting then you only use 1/3 and if you cutting you us 100%But pie are round...
