Quick question on clen
I have enough clen to last about two weeks. Is is it worth using to help with burning fat. Im 5'11 175lbs not much body fat except for a little on chest and abs.

The way I see it is that if you are going to be cutting for several weeks with a good planned diet and cardio then use it.... the diet and cardio will be the one that gets you there and not necessarily the clen . A lot subscribe to the two on two off... I don't get a whole lot of huge losses in two weeks no matter what I take... that is just me and my 2 cents. peace!

not really worth it in my opinion because the ramping up takes away alot of the pills you have before you get to an optimal level, i'm using clen right now but i'm going to run it for 8-10 weeks using the benedryl method, my opinion would be to go buy some research chem clen as it's cheaper than pill form and use the pills to ramp up since they are easier to dose, then use the research clen once you get to your high dose as it's easier to measure a high dose than a low one, ramp down with pills if you want

read that, its in there, basically it's a way to upregulate your beta 2 receptors using diphenhydramine

no prob bro, btw, here's another thing to read up on
albuterol
Albuterol????
it hits the same receptors as clen , but in addition hits the alpha receptors and is more anabolic then clen, so to speak since clen is not really anabolic to begin with, due to a shorter half-life plus no shaking or other sides really

so the idea is to get your heart going for a cardio effect on the body while doing every day tasks thus causing you to loose wieght?

sort of, the idea is that by stimulating receptors that work in conjuction with your heart and metabolic center, you will increase your overall metabolic rate, by about 10% with clen , thus making your body expend more calories over the course of a day then it normally would, that combined with cardio which is more effective because your body is already in a heighted metabolic state, and workouts that cause even more stress on your central nervous system causing it to increase metabolism more, causes a lot of extra calorie expenditure than normal, resulting in more fat loss
