    What would you recomend for first cycle?

    Ok, im 6'2", 180lbs and about 8%bf. Im 26 and have been working out for a while. Typically weights 5-6 days a week and at least 30min cardio 5-6days a week. I have never really had good gains and interested in adding 10-15lb muscle without swelling. Ive been looking into a few ideas for a first cycle. Wanted to know what the experienced would recomend for me. Main goal is to add lean mass without excessive weightgain. Thanks. Zach

    Daily Diet consists of 6 or so meals a day. High protein and low carbs. Usually 2500-3000 calories per day, and follow mean plans similar to what muscle and fitness recomends. I also supplement with protein and creatine before and after workout, a daily multivitiman and grean tea extract.

    what does 'a while' mean? have you put several years into training where you made eating a job and workouts a priority every day, every week, every month? to gain mass, you must eat massive calories. with or without aas. at 6'2 weighing over 200 should be readily attainable naturally.

    post more about the diet. how many carbs/fats/proteins and are htey from food or just drinking them? you should almost all of your nutrition from foods first then maybe supplement some protein shakes in there. don't rely on them.

    also, limit your cardio. if you're blasting cardio you need to up your calories to get gains or reduce your cardio. on my bulk phase i do almost no cardio so i can retain the calories.
