i started out over 300 lbs and i have had to fight for every pound lost.
but its the journey so what can ya do =)
I started to drop bodyfat about 1.5 years ago, I weighed 300lbs dropped to about 195 and am now back up to about 220 with about 15% right now....first cycle in two weeks....
Started out alittle chunky. It's in my genes but my crappy diet had a lot to do with it. No doubt though, I would be a little porker if I wasn't working out all the time.
had to work to get chunky...now i'm working to get lean...
Wasnt over weight...only weighed about 190lbs ,but was at about 20% bf....now at 205 11%bf.....1st cycle coming soon.....
I was 200lb as an 8th grader. I didn't lift, except food into my mouth. I lost all the weight my sophmore summer went down to 148lbs at 5'11. I was skinny. Started to train, I weigh 190 right now at 7% bf. You can do anything you put your mind to bro.
Well my life was just not that easy I was a 135lbs at 22 years old now I am 26 and am at 215lbs with 17 %
sounds like you need to rework you diet...and get dedicated if you want things to change.Originally posted by loword

At my worst I was 26 215lbs at around 20% + bf. Now 31yrs old 208lbs at 13% bf. I've been bulking for the last 8 months so the bf has gone up a few points. The price we all pay.
MAX30
seperated shoulder and poor diet brought me up to 215 at 20+ bf. now at 182 and about 10-11% bf
right on thanks for the replies everyone. now how many of you lost the weight naturally (through just diet and exercise) vs using diet "aids" (AS, ECA, NYC.. )?
I lost it naturally.
