    test questions

    hey guys ive been researching test. and am thinking about running a first test only cycle. with a d bol kicker. but as far as results, what can be expected with a test only cycle? simple question but any help would be great

    results are completely dependant on your training and especially your diet, are you going to bulk or cut

    first cycle was going to bulk. i was just trying to see what kind of goals i should be shooting for/ expecting. of course i would push my training and diet as hard as i could. but was not sure how bf and mass would go with the test only.

    everyone's different, with a good 12weeker you could expect anywhere from 15-25lbs by the end of cycle and you'll probably keep 10-15lbs of that, sometimes more, sometimes less

    test only is a good cycle

    this is my original post from new members..
    as far as my cycle and pct, i was considering Cycle:
    Weeks 1-10 Test-E 250x2 = 500mg wk
    Weeks 1-4 Dbol 10x3 = 30mg day
    pct am still open for suggestions i am very concerned with getting that right

    hey guys im new to these boards. i have had an account but just have not had the time to do proper research and as. Now i have the time and im excited to start my research.Any vets with any advice at all would be greatly appreciated for i have a huge amount of respect for the people who put so much time into researching the shit they put into there body. my stats are. 21/6'2/227/8% bf/ lifting for 5 yrs/ have been eating "clean" for almost one full year and that i can truly say is the biggest difference i have come across.. i am looking to as now to blow past some of the things i cant achieve now. i want to cut the body fat down and put on about 10-20 lbs in the next year. this will be my first cycle and i dont want to rush into anything. so anyone with any ideas on a good starter cycle with proper pct i would be way pumped if u would share! thanks alot guys!

    Damn 8% bf? Since you weight 227 I would increase your dbol to 40mg ED (taken throughout the day). Increase your test by 2 weeks.

    week 1 clomid 100mg nolva 40mg
    week 2 clomid 50mg nolva 40mg
    week 3-5 clomid 50mg nolva 20mg.
    I also have some L-Dex on hand just in case

    yeah i was reading and a few people reccomend more than 30 mg ed so i think 40 is bettter. thanks for the pct help i was considering both of those that helps a lot. should test levels return to normal after following a strict pct like that?
