2nd cycle ever questions...

under the watch of my trainer, i did my first cycle after 2 1/2 years of hard training (she's IFBB pro), and very well rounded diet.

i did:
2 shots of sustanon 250 a week (500mg total)
50mg of winstrol daily.

i gained 28lbs, and only 4 of it approx was water, and hardly any fat.

i did very well i think over the course of 15 weeks.

now, im over 2 months clean. i got my sust on hand, and ready to do my 2nd cycle.

i just got myself finabolin.

was going to do:
2 250mg shots a week
2 250mg shots of fina a week (same day as the sust).

im not looking to get MASSIVE, just work with the good training and diet and body i have.

my question. what should i watch out for while on fina? any precautions or anything that can cause adverse problems?

i know most people say shots of fina (tren) should be done every other day.... im just looking to work with the good body i have made for myself, without jamming in as much gear as i can. (unlike those i see at the gym, who eat mcdonalds before working out, jam gear, and think they are hot shit, even though they see 0 progress).

side effects?

what was your pct? you did do a pct right?

now, im over 2 months clean. i got my sust on hand, and ready to do my 2nd cycle. your rest time should equal your cycle time plus your pct so for a 15 week cycle and 4-5 week pct you should wait 20 weeks MINIMUM to start another cycle, you seem to have a little while to wait yet

(unlike those i see at the gym, who eat mcdonalds before working out, jam gear, and think they are hot shit, even though they see 0 progress).the reason you shoot eod, btw, you should have shot eod with sust, is to keep test levels in the blood stable, when they fluctuate your body releases the aromatase enzyme which converrts testosterone to estrogen, causing sides like water retention, high blood pressure, gyno, etc., it's not about getting a lot of gear into your body but about keeping the amount of gear in your body the same level all the time

i've dropped 5lbs after 3 months.

my diet and excercise is WELL controlled. unlike most i see drop everything after only a month.

202 lbs now (was 207-208)
bf: %11-12avg

edit: pct was nolvadex 20mg for 3 weeks and hcg for a month.

no gyno issues, felt fantastic. best i've felt my entire life. and question, what is EOD? (never mind, figured it out..it's been a long day :P)

and, why should rests between cycles be equal to the cycles themselves? i've always seen conflicting arguments

i've seen it happen before, but the problem is it's kinda like drinking, some people when they start can down a 30 pack and pass as sober, but after a while your body will start to fluctuate on it's tolerance, some nights they'll be able to drink like a fish, others they will pass out after two drinks

btw i asked some other questions in bold in the quote i did of your first post, we need those answered as well

so, saying that i gained 28 and that you are expecting more, is insuting to me..... as if i dont train and eat right?

how long did you run these compounds? not total but each one individually?

i ran the sust 15 weeks
i ran winny the last 7 to control the water weight.

edit: as for the ester for the fina, i'll check asap. not quite sure off the top of my head

he's running a different cycle then you don't worry bout it

my main concerns, as i've never dealt with fina before, if there are any major side effects or anything i should be aware of

edit: can fina cause nut shrinkage?

my last sust run did a LITTLE, but hardly noticeable.

the gf didnt notice size loss much at all.
