Help stop my gyno disappearing

Next month I’m going to see a plastic surgeon about having my gyno lumps cut out which I got from test, but the problem is my gyno keeps coming and going, when it goes my nipples become tiny and they look perfect also when this happens the lumps can be hard to find, is there any way to stop my gyno from disappearing as if this happens the PS won’t cut it out
