    Expert Opinion Please

    Although I have looked at countless sites the determine witch type of steroid would work best for me (Oral or Injected) I am still not sure.

    So I am asking if anybody once saw them self in my position and which steroid has the best benefits. Should I take oral, and risk liver problems (if that's true) or inject?

    My goal is the get bigger, but now massive. The pic is me, and I want to build up and tone, but don't know a lot about bodybuilding.

    Any advice given would be greatly appreciated

    whats your stats and diet look like.... you have a lot of reading to do... from the looks of it you should probally double what you eat be4 you start any aas cycles.... lots of steak and potatoes for you bro

    Whats ya age, stats, and lifting experience?

    Injectable test should always be the base of any cycle.

    Make sure you don't start a cycle yet, but research into why that is best, and why oral only cycle's are a waste of time.

    My usual eating day is like this


    Meal 1. 5 X weatabix or large bowl of porridge with full fat milk

    Meal 2. usually chicken breast or steak with rice or potatoes, foil wrapped and in oven

    Meal 3. the other of the above, if i have steak then it will be chicken with a large glass of complan

    Meal 4. Not really a meal. 3 eggs in a glass with a nourishment shake

    Meal 5. more weatabix

    Meal 6. Another steak or protein shake then off the bed


    And I'm 21 6ft 168 pounds and my Body Fat is About 11.4%

    Before using AAS your diet needs to be more structured and with protein, carbs and fats in set ratios. (known as macros)

    Protein/Carbs/Fats (in calories) is normally 40/40/20 split as a standard diet.

    Then its advised to group proteins and carbs in some meals, and protein and fats in other.

    Check out the diet forum and read the stickies, will help ya get ya diet spot on.
