Pretty soon I will be coming up time to do a cycle, I am 30 years old, 11%bf, 6'1/2" 193lbs, I have been working out for about 12 years with about a 3 year gap in there because of an accident I got into, my first cycle was 25mg dbol weeks 1-4, 250mg sus weeks 1-10 and clomid and nolv for pct. I have been reading and almost everywhere it recommends to use at least 500mg/week...now on my first cycle I had great gains and kept about 17lbs of solid muscle, is the jump from 250-500/week going to make a huge difference or if I had a good run the first time should I just stick with a lower dosage than what is recommended...actually this time it would be 325 or 650/week
