325 or 650 sus/week?

Pretty soon I will be coming up time to do a cycle, I am 30 years old, 11%bf, 6'1/2" 193lbs, I have been working out for about 12 years with about a 3 year gap in there because of an accident I got into, my first cycle was 25mg dbol weeks 1-4, 250mg sus weeks 1-10 and clomid and nolv for pct. I have been reading and almost everywhere it recommends to use at least 500mg/week...now on my first cycle I had great gains and kept about 17lbs of solid muscle, is the jump from 250-500/week going to make a huge difference or if I had a good run the first time should I just stick with a lower dosage than what is recommended...actually this time it would be 325 or 650/week

Is your gear 325mg/ml?

If so do 1/2ml eod (as sust needs to be jabbed eod due to the prop ester)

This will work out at about 570mg per week.

yeah my first cycle I shot on monday and thursdays it was ok to do that back then...I been preparing myself mentally for the eod injections as of late so you would definetly think I would get much better gains doing 570mg/week as opposed to say 285mg/week? I am prone I think to MPB as well, I been using rogaine out of sheer fear, would the sides be much different if I went 570 as opposed to 285?

higher dose higher sides... main concern should be eod injections to keep blood levels stable that lowers risk of sides

If you keep an AI on hand (arimidex ) and take if necessary, you shouldn't have to worry about sides at 570mg.

Like Str8 said, keeping stable blood levels is the most important part. (especially when it comes down to sides)
