what to take to increase speed and acceleration??
i play alot of soccer at a reasonably decent level in the uk. iv done courses before and they seemed to increase my ground speed but i was wondering what would be the best to take that will directly increase this as you hear of professional soccer players all the time being caught with vials of test and nandrolone ??

sorry bro, but you've already received all the speed you're going to get from mom & dad. Juice won't help near as much as training will.
Start with researching speed training. You don't need the bulk that will come with gear.
Do box jumps in between squat sets and start doing powercleans. If you get good at both of those, you will have certainly increased your explosion factor, but I still doubt it's going to turn you into Devin Hester.

to increase that you need specific training for that and not take steroids for that.

i play college football and i usually hit the speed camps around here and do alot of agility and speed work thats all you can do. im assuming they the pros have the test so they can train longer and harder

all im asking is what would have the best effect in that regard i dont weight train to be faster at football just thought if im doing a cycle i might aswel try sumet that gives me abit of an edge in my other sports. T

2 things u can do for 'bursting force' and I call it that because, AAS or other supps, do not make you acquire speed, it just enhances ur ability for endurance and/or strength which u need to accelarate:
Winstrol , Anavar or a low dose of short ester Test (i.e. Propionate or Suspesion)
or
stack 10 grams of Creatine, 10 grams of glutamine and 3 grams Arginine/day.
So while on either or above, train on sprinting shorter distances with less rest in between the intervals to elevate ur endurance and consequently ur strength and speed.
