it can improve bone density yes.

well i know it increases bone density but ime wondering if it increases bone mass.
i had a read on the profiles page it saiz it increases bone mineral content does that mean it will give you bigger bones????
gh is the only thing that can make your bones larger. deca would just improve denisty/health of bone structure.Quote:

If you're already 6'1" 251 and not fat thats a pretty decent size, I doubt your bones are too thin. Bones will somewhat thicken in response to the stress of weight training, but the size and thickness are genetically predetermined.
If all you are concerned with is powerlifting, it is true the top ones seem to have thicker structures, but I don't think it is the bone thickness which is the limiting factor, it is probably the size and strength of the TENDONS.
Bone is incredibly, incredibly strong and even relatively "thin" bones, as long as they are healthy and not osteopenic are able to bear just about any load one would lift in a gym.
You may try some GH to strengthen/thicken tendons. The other point is that muscle bellies are stronger in some than others for some known and some not well understood reasons. Weight training and Test will increase the efficiency of the muscle fiber contraction, thus you can get stronger without bigger often. I'm not sure why a chimpanzee, who is smaller than a man, can lift so much more weight - probably something to do with biomechanics, the way the muscle is arranged relative to the joint gives it better biomechanical advantage.
