I am new to this but I have done a cycle of decca a few years ago and found that I gained really well but now my metabolism isnt what it was. I have the much feared spare tire. I am 27 5'10" and weigh 190. I want to shred up but still but on some pounds. At this point I work out 4-5 times aweek and eat healthy, I am not at a point where I think I need a strong steroid maybe just something over the counter. please lead me in the right direction.
