    frontload Eqip.?

    bout to start an enanthate / equipoise 12 wk. Ive gotten great reslts starting e 4 weeks before test but I hear so much about frontloading instead. Is there truth to it or is it simply an " everybody has a better way " type deal like my 4 week thing.
