ok, i just started m1t a few days ago working with 20mg daily, spread out 10 and 10. I am taking this with milk thistle for my liver, 400mg a day.
I am also taking NO explode before the gym
I've been working out for a few years now, but I am still a rookie at supplements.
I am 195-200 LBS with a little fat build up in the stomach that I am not looking to add too.. I am also 6'2"
I'm looking for suggestions and/or comments to assist in my gains
I'm looking to turn my excess fat into muscle and be solid
