Week
1- 24 2IU's HGH daily 4 IU/day 5 day on and 2 days off will be best, unless u can do 4 IU ED
Week
1-12 week Test E 250 will go to 500 next week
Start at 1000 1st week then go to 500/week
or
Just start at 500/week with no frontloading
My tabs are 200mcg clen and 30mg T3, Winnie 50mg
WEEK 1: T3 .....1,1,2,2,3,3,4 and Clen ( 100mg )
WEEK 2: T3 .....4,4,4,3,3,3,2 and Clen ( 100mg til Wednesday then 150 mg till Friday )
WEEK 3: T3 Only ....2,2,2,2,1,1,1
REPEAT!!
take the winny on workout days, 1/2 tab before, and 1/2 tab after
Why only on work out days? you should do it every day 1 tab/day
that will cause a major unstability in blood plasma levels since Winny's half life or active life is around 24hrs
