Review my 1st Cycle
What up!
5'9 184...lean diet on point, 2583 Calories, 283 protein, 176 carbs, 58 fat.
1st Cycle looking to build muslce but Get lean for summer
here it is:
Week
1- 24 2IU's HGH daily
Week
1-12 week Test E 250 will go to 500 next week
My tabs are 200mcg clen and 30mg T3, Winnie 50mg
WEEK 1: T3 .....1,1,2,2,3,3,4 and Clen ( 100mg )
WEEK 2: T3 .....4,4,4,3,3,3,2 and Clen ( 100mg til Wednesday then 150 mg till Friday )
WEEK 3: T3 Only ....2,2,2,2,1,1,1
REPEAT!!
take the winny on workout days, 1/2 tab before, and 1/2 tab after
I have Arimedex that I will start on week 11...thoughts please

you need to add in some serms in your pct. armedex wont cut it. if im reading this correct you are planning on running the winny after you test portion of your cycle is over?? if that is the case then you should run winny the last 6 weeks of your cycle. you dont want to run winny by itself. by the way how old are you??

I am 30 yrs old.
Ok, protein and carbs intake needs to be higher...Provide numbers please
F**K man...HGH is expense 4IU's is going to rip my pockets, but I will go to 3IUs...
As for the Winny I agree...your right! Can I take a little less 1/2 tab?
But the Test E----Why 1000 frontload? Please explain...thanks

While on AAS and assuming that u r training hard enough and doing ur cardio, u should consume 2 grams of protein for each lb of body weight.
HGH at 2 IU/day is toooo low. do it 4 IU/day 5 day/week= 20 IU
ur way was 2 ED=16 IU/week, not much difference.
Start HGH:
Week 1 2 Iu/day
week 2 3 IU/day
week 3-24 4 IU/day
and like I said 5 days on and 2 days off (consecutive days)
Half life is the time frame the ester will extend the active life of the hormone up to.
Front loading, is a kind of guarantee for higher test levels,
when you take only 250 mg 1st week and 500 mg 2nd week. Here is wt will happen:
Day 1 – 250mg
Day 12 – 125mg + 250mg = 375mg
Day 24 – 187.5 + 250mg = 437.5mg
Day 36 – 219.2 + 250mg = 469.2mg
Day 48 - 234.6 + 250mg = 484.6mg
Day 60 – 242.3 + 250mg = 492.3mg
Day 72 – 246.1 + 250mg = 496.1mg
but if u were to frontload then:
Day 1 – 500mg
Day 12– 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
Day 24 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
Day 36 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
