question about injection

I took a shot in my delt tuesday night... Is it common for it to still be sore this long? it was my 1st time injecting myself

yes, I did mine for the first time last week and it hurt like hell for almost 4 days, but after that its all good. You ll be fine, feels like you got hit in the shoulder with a bat at full force huh.

What compound ya inject? and what size needle you use?

Virgin muscles will be sore for longer.

i shoot mon and thurs by your next shot the first one will be better

test e 250 mg per 2x a week shot 23g 1"... I should have searched I found that most people get it... I did a shot on Tuesday, tomorrow i will use the other side... its all good, except i broke an amp. I even have an amp opener i must have pressed too hard...

My first shot was T400 and it hurt for a solid 7 days. I hope this doesn't happen to you...by the way...have you read Jose Canseco's book...in your avatar? I liked it.
