just got sick
should i still go workout? mid 4th week of my sust cycle, took a day off yesterday. All i got is a soar throat and a stuffy nose but i don't really want to make it worse.
what do you guys think?

How does your body feel? Does it hurt or do you feel REAL lethargic and jsut want to lay down? I still hit hte gym if i am sick, just not when im feverish or real tired and know i need to rest.

Pu$$y, (J/K)get your ass in the gym and work it out. Only time you dont go is if you get a fever or it is your off day. Working out will NOT make a soar throat or stuffy nose worse. Get some good herbal throat coat tea and go work out.

alright just making sure, dont want to gimp myself for the future :P
but yeah i feel fine to workout so ill go kick my ass in the gym :P ttyl, also checkout my pictures in the picture forum i need some advice to see if my clen /sust is sterile.
