new to this
my first post.
a little about myself im 27 - 5'11" - and 175-180 about 6% bf.
i never liked steriods people, but i have read alot about hgh and roids and it has changed me toward them.
myself i would like to gain another 20-30 lbs.
i have alot to learn and alot of questions. honestly i never knew itwas so complex.

i suggest reading the profiles of the specific anabolics you would like to use. It will familiarize you with the sides they cause and how to treat these sides. Also read up in the PCT forum if you haven't already. Good luck.

ive been lifting on and off for like 8 years. for the last year i have been 4 days a week. bench around 285 squat around same. ive just been at a wall that i cannt pass . tried about every supplement. not sure what anabolic would be best for me. thats why im here, to get advice

Time to Research, here's some stuff to read to familiarize yourself and get a good knowledge base

here, i'll lay out some stuff for you,
first thing, you need to get your diet in check, here is some threads on cutting, lean bulking and pure bulking to give you some info, but you need to post your diet for critiqueing, your wasting your money otherwise

only when you have your diet down should you think about cycling, a beginner cycle should look like this
1-12 test e 500mg/week
1-4 dbol 40mg/day ( this is used to kickstart the cycle and is optional)
take your test injections 3.5 days apart, like monday morning and thursday evening
split your dbol up throughout the day, this will keep your blood levels stable, which means less sides and more gains
if you take the dbol, supplement with liv52 to help you liver cope with breaking down the dbol
btw, here are the profiles on the AS you will be using so read them and get to know the stuff your putting in your body

haha well last time i went to the gym and had it checked thats what they told me 6.5 im pretty cut up. i can post pics sometime later too if you want to give me your opinion.

i dont know its some guy who i saw that documented his weight loss. hes natural but i just remember him saying he was 6.5%. i dont know if he is either but it is probably close.

we're not saying you aren't, but you'd be amazed how many people post, "i'm 8% bf" but in there picture they have very little or no ab visibility and they're closer to 15 or so
people misjudge themselves alot, and the handheld things at the gym aren't very accurate, too many variables can affect them

exactly what i am saying...........well put phate.
most pros going to do a show will be 4 or 5 % bf so i doubt that you are 6%. especially saying you workout 4 days a week and eat 4kcals per day. i am sorry but i have been doing this long enough to know. sorry but it just does not add up. and if you dont mind then post a day of your typical diet....

im not at home until monday, but i definatly have ab and oblique visibility, even when i didnt work out fo rlike 2 years i never lost my abs. i will post my typical diet too.

hey bro dont get me wrong or nothin, i aint tryin to put you down or anything, but there are just very few guys natural that eat 4kcals/day workout 4xs a week at walk around at 6% bf. it is extremely difficult to do thats all. if you are then god bless ya. you are genetically gifted. post whenever you can we'll be here.peace.

ok im sitting here waiting for my wife at a baby shower. so ill try to post a typical days diet.
morning - 1 cup of oats - well i dont measure just dump it.
1 banana
lift after about a hour
drink 1000 calorie weight gainer and protein shake
noon - eat some sort of pasta and salad
dinner - eat either chicken or red meat and a carb like potatoes or yams maybe salad too.
night - either oatmeal or a peanut butter sandwitch with 3 tablespoons of pb.
drink anoth shake thats 300-400 calories
i also drink about 1/2 gal of whole milk 600 cal a day and snack on a protein bar or nuts between meals.

well..if i was to change something about ur diet, i would start by eating 40-50g of protein every meal, and eat at lest 6 meals every day...it looks like your eating around 150g of protein ed if your lucky..it should probably be around 300..

and another thing i would suggest is that of your 4000 cals per day half of that is coming from shakes and milk. that is not ideal. in the diet section, there is a video with milos sarcev, i think marijoulana (sp?) posted it. but it is really good. if you really wanna gain check that out. youll see what i mean.

well generally i do eat more than 3 meals and eat more meat than i guess my post makes it sound like. and more meat too. but yes i get alot of cals from shakes and milk too.

yeah i just think it is quite a bit, i only drink like one protein shake per day and get about 400 calories from it. i would just really start to try to get more quality calories from actual food not supplemental drinks. just my opinion.

well i got like 10 lbs of gainer left then after that ill just eat more. its expensive and makes me sick half the time anyway. but i cant give up milk, i love it too much.
