I would suggest bumping up to 500mg of test and 400mg of deca weekly. Run the test for 12 weeks.

if this isnt your first cycle then i would bump the test up to 500mgs and the deca up to 400mgs. if those doses work for you thats fine but most people wont gain much more then a few pounds with that. you also need to stop the deca in week 10 but continue the test until week 12 then start your pct 10 days after your final test injection.
