delt injection question

i wanna inject in my delt but all i have is 1.5'' needles. how far should i go in with that?

depending on your delt size, it is possible to go too deep with a 1.5" pin. Just go about an inch and you should be fine.

I would grab 1" pins.

Trying to keep the pin steady at zactly 1" is kinna hard to do with one hand. At least so I have heard

Done a couple of delt shots with 1.5" pins, it is hard to keep it at one depth. I now have 1" pins and 5/8" pins.

I've always use 1.5" in my delts. I go in about 1.25". Leave a little bit out incase the needle breaks, you can pull it out.
