ive had an atrial fib a couple couple months ago. i dont think AAS can trigger it unless it raises blood pressure like dbol and eq. i would stay away from aromitizing compounds. low dose test and masteron is what i use to cycle and i have a weak heart (had a heart attack and atrial fibs before i ever touched gear)

    Doubtful.

So you're 21, what are the rest of your stats and aas history?

ya know pretty soon stephen hawking is going to come on here and say,(*digitalized voice*)," i was thinking of running some low dose gear what would you guys recommend for a quadriplegic astrophysicist?" why does everybody think steroids are o.k. for them. look man if you are having recurring episodes of a fib you should stay away from gear. you should be living a clean healthy lifestyle. i guess maybe i am just different than other people but if i had a heart condition at 21 i wouldnt do anything. my health is way too important to me. i mean one of the major side effects is STROKE! not sore throat, itchy eyes, or an erection that lasts 4 hours but a STROKE! and half of all strokes related to a fib are disabling, and youre 21. i dont know we'll have to see what others think but man i would stay the hell away from gear.

dude i was thinkin the exact same thing...except i didnt wanna jinx it. but i am sure you are right. and to 32liner i hope you know where i am coming from. i just would hate to see anything happen to a guy who is only 21 and have it be from something stupid like gear. i mean they tell to stay away from caffeine........let alone gear man. i think if shouldnt have a couple of cups of coffee you definitely shouldnt do aas.

Heart problems and a drinker?..... As far as the drinking goes, thats your lifestyle I guess, but if you want to live to see 22, like Lex said, drop the gear, it's not worth it.

We need to get a cardiac dr opinion here. GO TO A DR and get a stress test.
I was a paramedic for 7 yrs with 3 acls courses, so i have some knowledge of the heart. AFIB may, i said may, lead to stroke.. But usually in older people because of the particles that will losen need to develope over time, Right?. Caffine also causes afib and stroke. Smoking. Stress..... The most common cause of stroke is high bp which happens while using a great number of roids.

afib doesnt cause stroke just because of a loosened particle (or emboli) because afib can cause erratic and rapid contractions of both the atria and ventricles and when both are contracting as such, this decreases cardic output thereby possibly causing a stroke in this manner. and what did you say that i already did not? except that we need to get a cardiologists opinion here. ok yes go to your cardiologist and tell him you want to take a 2 month cycle of anabolic steroids , and then let us all know what his response was. i will assure he will say without a doubt, absolutely not. and also viking i agree with you 100% on people doing their own research because there is conflicting information out there. yes, yes, yes, READ, LEARN.
    fu**ing gear nearly killed me!!
