    30lbs in 6wks, did 405 for 5 reps on bench.

    okay yea, abs are more visible also. got srong as hell, but my flexibily has gone to shit and cant run cause my back pumps are nuts, im thinking about stopping and going into pct. i have to beable to run. or should i lower my test e dosage, im running 750 a wk and was running 50mgs of DBol then lowerd to 40 but stopped at the end or wk 3 cause back was fu..ked.

    good idea or bad idea?

    please give suggestions.

    WOW talk about someone who responds well! LoL, if its affecting you that much then either A drop it or B start using some type of AI like letro, or adex. That is a whole lot of water weight to be gained!

    dont stop! your back pumps should decrease since your off the dbol. if

    anything lower the test, but i would just wait and see. also drink plenty of

    water and eat bananas.

    thanks guys, i will drop the test e too 500mgs a wk since im only 5 pounds of my mark. i have clomid on hand too. soo ill look into letro

    Clomid is a serm but in all honesty nolva is far superior. Toremafine is god tho apparently!

    SERMS are selective estrogen receptor modulators which basically will fight to win the receptor so estrogen does not. It wont stop the bloating where as an Aromatose inhibitor will do just that, inhibit the aromatose enzyme so it also reduces water retention. Avoiding high sodium foods, increasing water intake as well as eating bannanas will all help with lowering the water retention which i would try first b4 jumping into an AI, remmeber you still need estrogen to build muscle so blocking it all is not the best idea.

    sorry for asking in this thread, but what are these "back pumps" you are often talking about here? If that is feeling your back pumped after trainning, what's so bad about it?

    it gets to be painful and hinders training.

    exactly. i ve got em but never bad enough to quit working out just take longer rest periods and stretch. they do suck.

    yea mine are horrible, when i walk up a flight of stairs or walk a little ways ill have to sit down or ill walk so f..cked up man.

    so are you sayin stay at 750mgs a wk and drink more water and eat bannanas or should i eat that and drop to 500mgs a week?

    i was stuggling with 365 for 5 reps. yea i responded really well. i also dont seem to have lost my speed. 6'1 280 4,6 forty. im pumped for next season.

    i would try to stay at 750 if thats what your cycle is planned for. i really think the dbol is the culprit.

    If he's at week 6...and ran dbol from week 1-3... hot can 'dbol be the culprit'?

    uh ill have some pics soon! i dont have a certain routine i follow, i go in the weight room do some warm up sets and my body will tell me what to do? i've been training since about 13 and im 22 now so i've learned to listen to my body.
    but last chest day this is what i did
    flat bench 5 sets of 5 reps
    set
    1 )320lbs
    2)350
    3)380
    4)405
    5)415 need some assitance

    dunbell flat bench
    3 sets of 4 to 6 reps w 145lbs ea

    incline dumbell
    3 set of 8 to 10

    cable crossovers isolating the upper chest
    3 set of 12 to 15 just burn out

    then hit abs cardio ad be out.

    also need some help w/ the blood pressure thing. mine was 145 over 51 with a pulse of 82 bpm?

    what did you warm up with before benching 320?

    225 for about 15 reps, then ill now if i want to do endurance or power. is my bp too high or somethin

    its not that bad. ideal is 120/60 or 70 i think.

    i only listed hawthorn berry cause i thought you wanted something for bp.
