    delay in growth from

    hi does having sex on cycle reduce ur gains from the cycle cuz ifeel after sex tthat the bump in my biceps and my body is gone i feel i go thinner i am 225 pounds and 23 years old .what can u take so u don't get muscle delay in growth from having sex
