Injection Schedule for this cycle...

Hey guys my buddy is about to take a cycle of Test E at 500mgs a week along with Deca at 400mgs a week... We are currently putting together an injection cycle for him but I am not used to this type of schedule becuase I always use Sust and inject EOD... For those of you that have done this cycle we would appreciate it if you would share your method for injection times... Thanks all!

Twice a week is fine, most would say every 3.5 days, such as Monday morning and Thursday evening, but a slight fluctuation on that won't really matter. If he just splits the week fairly evenly with 2 shots a week he'll be fine, and he can just mix the deca and test in the same syringe to minimize pokes.
