I've been training on/off for a few years now, and have tried various tabs in the past, but never injected, i'm told that i'd be better off injecting, as its less toxic to the body??
Anyway, my question is, which type is going to be best for me? How much should I take? And how regular?
I only intend on taking small quantities, and want it mainly to add a bit of bulk.
Any info would be appreciated, cheers, Matt
