Arimidex doesn't work

I was on 10mg Nolvadex with my 750mg/w Test e and had some nipple soreness.

Decided to stop it and started Arimidex for first time at 0.25mg.Didn't help.Gone up to 0.5mg but the nipple soreness is still there.I feel only at left one.I was always more sensitive to left.

What should i do next?

Arimidex and Nolva are real.

How do you know they are "real?" Did you have them tested?

did you get them from the sponsor? i never go this high except during pct but try bumping it up to 1mg ed. actually try .75mgs ed for 5 days then bump it up if you dont feel better

thats strange. on average almost everyone i know that had used arimidex claim that it worked miracle with them.
