i am taking dbol for 4 weeks as a kickstart 30mg.. I have been taking my 1st 3 tabs @ 6:15am 2 hours before I workout, then the other 3 around 6pm. I was thinking maybe take 4 @ 6:15am and the other 2 around 6pm. is there really a true best way to take it... test e is easy 2 shots per week 250mg Tues and Fri. thanks for any feedback
