i just took my first shot of test 500 and its the worst pain i have ever felt in my life its been almost a week and time for my next shot and my ass is killing me any ideas to help this im up for any thing with less pain!

did you massage the area afterwards, were your hands shaking when you injected? take a couple ibuprofen after the injection and ice it

I personally like both the thigh and delt shots better than arsh shots! Does get better after a few shots.

Here's an idea, try doing lunges an hr after shooting. When I used to get shots in the ass in the Military I would do them to keep the pain down. I found that if I did nothing I would be sore for 1-2 weeks, when I lunged and worked the pain out it didn't hurt nearly as much and felt more like a good pain than anything.

My first glute shot..i was nub and shot 2 sus250's in same ass cheek, about 3 min apart.. Actually, my brotherinlaw did it, cuz i couldnt stick myself the first time..The next day I had such a hard time getting out of bed from the pain in my ass. It doesnt hurt as much next shot or following ones, not nearly..

warm the gear in your hand
aspreate
steady hand while injecting
small muscles 1ml
larger muscles 2ml
switch needles one to draw and one to shot with
use the correct size pin
use the correct gauge
make sure you are in the right spot before injecting

did u get sachets or vails? sachest are known to be painful, so u need to face that.

Make sure the alcohol from the swab fully dries before injecting.
After drawing the gear into the needle , push out a small amount with the needle facing straight up so a drop of gear falls down , helps lube it up a bit.

Did you inject very slowly? It takes me about 30 seconds to inject that much. I do it extremely slow to keep the muscle from being damaged as much as when injecting as fast as you can to get it over with.

try mixing the test with test prop thats 1mil test500 and 1mil test prop it makes it thinner and works alot faster i put test 400 in my biceps once i coldent work or move my arms for a week but every jab get easier

what test and tren , prop, enth, acetate?
are you shooting in the glute only?
are you using the same pin each time?
did you asperate?

Use one needle to draw from the vial; discard; and use a fresh needle to inject.

Use the right gauge. The higher the number, the thinner the pin.

I'm only gay when FAT CHICKS hit on me!! There are a lot of good ideas here for injecting with less pain, but I think the pain in question here isn't really from the pin going in (whether dull, wrong size, alcohol not dry, etc...) but rather from the substance we are cramming into our muscle tissue. It will be painful for every one with virgin muscles, and will get better with time. Otherwise, I think every shot will cause some degree of discomfort until the oil has dissapated and broken down within the tissue. Holding the pin steady is always a good idea, as if not it will irritate the muscle. Warming the gear helps it go in smoother, but it doesnt change the amount of foreign material injected into the tisue. Otherwise, I think the best advice I saw so far is to, one, massage the muscle afterwards... but even more so to work the muscle afterwards. This, I think, is effective in heloing disperse the steroid oil and assist in breaking it down. I find that my muscle that was injected hurts most after a day or so, especially in the morning as the muscle fibres have had time to tighthen up. I think the worst thing we can do is inject a muscle and then let it sit there without being stretched and worked over the next couple days. Any other thoughts?

Absolutely not! I have been using one to pull and one to shoot but todays hurts like hell and bled like a bitch. Just curious if that had ever happened to anyone else. I am using the test once a week in the glute and the tren eod in the glutes as well.

hahah.. that's why we buy it 250mg/ml and inject 2x per week monday and thursday.. doesn't hurt because the concentration is less, and the solvent is less..

hurts huh?? i know, i've shot t400 and it hurts a lot.. i even doubled the oil thinking i could dilute the product.. doesn't work, the concentration of the solvent is still there..
