    What?!?! No Way!!?!

There, now that I have your attention, I am just wondering or looking to confirm - rather, where you shoot into your QUAD.

My delts aren't doing me any justice now'a'days so I need to open myself up to another injection site.

How do you measure where you shoot into your quad?
--> Also, is 'sitting down', the best way to shoot the quad?

    Cool

Yeah I guess that written description will have to do, but I still don't feel comfortable for the location of what I'm shooting.

If I just flexed my quad, and looked where the muscle was - couldn't I just pick a hefty muscle area and shoot there, or is there a risky area in the quad?

I think I would use Area #1, thanks a lot!

Only conflict: I shot last Thursday, but I can't shoot today - is it alright if I miss the exact day, by one day?!

Screw quads. If you're looking for a new injection site, try ventrogluteal.

I did once cycle once with short esters where all I did was ventrogluteal and dorsogluteal and I felt zero pain or hinderance. Easier than anything else.

I don't think I could find that spot easily. Quads will be fine - it will just take a couple pinning sessions to get used to.
(I did it for my first cycle, and was a "handicap" for 4 days straight)

I do still want to know if my 1 day missed for injection, is an issue really with my longer ester'd gear. (Test Cyp)

I just flex the quads and pick a good spot where there is a lot of muscle and go there. Usually lateral (outside) area of the quad. I tried the teardrop but it does hurt to walk until you get used to it.

When i missed a shot, I just picked right up with the next injection. If its close to the missed injection, you can take it as soon as possible and just get back on track with your next scheduled injection. You will be fine either way with missing with test c.

If you can't flex your quad and see the muscle then you shouldn't even be on a cycle.

I use to use the outer muscle (2) not the mid.

    Agreed.
    But... not applicable!

I will just flex the quad and look for a good central location.
Thank you for all the information.
