and last time i checked my body fat % it was 9% but that was a year ago.
dbol and abombs will make your liver explode if you take them together, actually at 19 they might make your liver explode even if you take one or the other because your liver isn;t yet fully grown. But then again at age 19 you can probably take on a MAC truck and not be scaved.

i have been eating over 3500 calories a day without doing any aerobic exercise

Too young, Too small, I've got socks that weigh more than you. What's the hurry? First you need to build a solid foundation upon which you could then build off of. At 19 you have plenty of natty test floating around in your system that you can make steroid like gains just from eating correctly.

lots of good supplements, but they really don;t take the place of food imo. just because you are taking in 3500 calories doesn;t mean it is the right 3500 calories. Check out the bulking diet in the diet section, it will give you an idea of the direction you need to go.
k well how much more and what do i eat?
If anything, just take one or the other. Dbol would be the one I would choose if I were you. But at your age, a low dose and short cycle would give u some weight but not extreme.
