exactly what they said. There is no size gain except for the area you inject into, and no strength gains at all. I hear it is pretty painfull. It is like injecting steroids, but no actuall steroids are in it, just the oil solution. This seems to be a "love it or hate it" topic. Everyone seems to have a strong opinion about it. I only really see a use for competitions. Do a search, there are some threads on this.

Not so true about that back to square one, have you ever seen ernie taylors tris for example and I don't know about the coleman back thing its mostly used on arms, shoulders, and calves.
