actually that is true, and at the same time, not true... cause u could be totally ripped and have no fat and gyno still shows badly, and fat people w/ gyno it shows badly...

it depends on the amount of muscle tissue around the nipple, and the gyno a larger chest will hide it beter cause it will kinda cover it up... but a fat chest will make it seem more like b*tch tits...

so the best thing is keep working ur chest and build more muscle around it... thats the only really way to cover it up...

u can also try a letro treatment, or if all else fails, the surgery is a good option

    A bigger chest would help.

no, because muscle is much more dense than fat, it will actually surround the lump of gyno, and stretch out the areola more (flatter) so... no a big chest wont show gyno as much as a small chest/fat chest....

No there aren't any exercise that reduce gyno, unfortanately.
But obviously excess fat in that area doesn't help, so diet and cardio if thats the case.

as for exercises, u can do:
    DB flys
    DB decline bench
    bar decline bench
diamond pushups with the diamond part hitting ur xyphoid process (the thing right below ur sternum, that sticks down which most of ur abs are attached to, and hurts when u press on it)

basically any exercise that will build the lower chest region
so not incline, that wont do much for it...

my brother had gyno when he was a teen but i think that was cause of his diet, he had surgery and had to wear this sort of bra or chest bandage to help it after

Ok, put it this way, if someone has gyno caused by aas and they are pretty lean, you will see the gyno,( have a look at some gyno pics) so different chest exercise wont help hide it, the bigger and leaner you get (which is what we all strive for) the more it will notice.

best way to reduce gyno would be to pay attention and 'examine' your nipples every day for the frist sign of gyno then immediately use some Arimidex and/or reduce the test
