1st cycle (testaplex e250, dbol)

hi
its my first cycle
i started with my friends recommendation
1-10 weeks
250 mg test twice a week (500 mg a week)
and 25mg of dbol a day for 20 days

my question here is
isnt d bol too little? dont i need more than 20 days?
im almost out of it..my friend says dont take more than 20 days..cuz it ****s up the liver or some shit
but research tells me people take more than 20 days

another question is
im traveling this week which means i cant carry this shit on the plane
im gona be gone for a week
is it ok to take all 500 mg shot at once the day prior to i leave?

also i drink alot..not often..but once or twice a week but when i drink i drink till i get fukced up .people say i shouldnt cuz it beats the purpose of taking steroids...is this true?

n i smoked alot of weeddoes this effect steroids?

and i tuoght i was suppsoed to have crazy appetite on this
but first week i ate like a mad man but nowi dont eat...
i drink protein shakes n thats about it..
please let me know
im also considering takin deca

but research tells me people take more than 20 days 20 days is good, and the dose is fine, he is right about it effecting your liver...stop at 20 days...

yes just take it all in one shot and you will be fine, but get back on your regular shot schedule asap....

YES...if your not gonna train or diet seriously then dont take juice, it is to help not make up for your lack of discipline...once in a while is fine, maybe a casual drink here and there but gettin shittered is stupid and your wastin juice...

dont add deca, use what you have and let it take effect...aas for appetitie everyone is different and it could just be your diet, maybe your eating heavy foods that keep you fuller longer....and eat whole food, not shakes...

did you do any research before you started or just what your "friend" told you...and where is your "friend" now???

yea i did some research
but my friend did alot of juice so i take his advice as well

um.. i take my shots on deltoids
is this fine? or do i HAVE to do it on the ass?
