37, 5'7, 175lbs, 12-14% BF, training for 18 years. Train 4 days and cardio 45 mins about 5 days a week. I've got the diet sorted out, just need some cycle and PCT advice.
I've been off the gear for about 4 years, having done around 6 cycles over the years, and I am looking for some advice on doing a lite cycle. I've been sitting on a a bottle of Winstrol for a year, and I have a good line on Deca and Sustanon, so I would like to stick to those drugs if possible.
I have a buyer for the Winny if I decide to dump it and start fresh. I'm looking to cut up, something to carry me thru the summer and not really too concerned about size.
I had gyno trouble in the past and had the surgery...uhh, so I'd really like to avoid it again...
