    What is the best to take during cycle that won't efect gains.

    imo i would use letro but i wouldnt say that its the best . because thats not allowed

    man, using just .25 mgs of letro per day kills my joints and sex drive. i prefer .25mgs of arimidex per day.

    Yeah...How can we give you a recomendation if we don't know what you're using?

    Personally, I'm not a fan of using Nolva for gyno prevention. I prefer an AI...but this will depend also on your experience with these things.

    Armidex .25-.50mg/day. Saved me from gyno big time. Don't even bother with nolva.
