    How much is an effective dose?
    @ 210 pds, 14% bf

    stacked with: Test Cyp & Tbol

    Also - How much tbol is an effective dose, with the above gear.

    have you used it before, i assume no..

    so i would suggest 40mg split 2x per day.. so 20/20

    Bad assumption. I have used Anavar before.. but I have 20mg caps, and I think I will just start taking 3 a day. So 60mg.

    What is your complete proposed cycle plan, I dont see the need for running var and tbol at the same time, if your doing cyp as well.

    I'm just leaning out for the summer - as most of us are.
    I will just run half my test cycle with var, then the latter half with tbol.
    Too many mg will kill a man

    ..sort of.
    But I am dosing my var at 80mg

    Have to be honest.. 30mg did the job for me, but mainly strength not so great for gains compared to stanozolol at the same qty. but everyone is very different!
