    EQ Only and dont talke about Test.

    I understand "Test is best" and I would tend to agree is most cases but I have but togeather a cycle for football so please just help me and dont keep saying "add test" because I just want to know what kind og gains I could get from this alone:

    My question is If I run 600mg Eq for 14 weeks, and kick start it with T-bol week 1-6 60mg what kind of strength gains, and size can I expect?

    Im 21
    190lbs
    5"11
    11% Bf
    I have been training for 6-7 years natural.

    Diet:

    Cals: 3500-4000
    Protein: 400g
    Carbs: 250-300
    Fats: 80-100g

    College football. I was reading up on Eq and I like the fact that it helps with endurance! and the low bloats apeals to me as well. On the EQ Profile the guy says the jump from 400mg to 600mg produces alot better gians....so Im thinking 600mg for 14 weeks would be good? But im not sure what I would gain at that dose?

    i wouldent use below 600mg per week 400mg wont do shit in my eyes.

    college football ? so you mean american football just we call soccer football over here thats all and i wasent sure what you ment.

    i dont think you'll gain much weight but more lean body mass

    yes American football....well actualy Canadian college ball. We play diffrent rules here i.e only 3 downs not 4 so Its alot more passing! reggie bush would actualy prob be wicked in the CFL haha

    Would you think 400mg eq with 250mg test added in for 14 weeks would be a better choice for what I want? I would like to gain about 15 leans lbs and add some power. Lets say 400mg Eq/250mg Test weeks 1-14 and t-bol week 1-6?

    EQ is one of those aas that ppl either love or hate, i'd say it really is a 50/50 split.
    Ive ran it many times and like it as a bulker simply because my appetite goes through the roof, if you can control that though it also makes for quality lean gains, 600-800 wk is the way to go though. It's actually stronger than deca mg/mg and cheaper and less suppresive.

    Gotta go with Lats bro... I am running Equipoise at 400mgs a week which is weak I know. i like it because of the appetite increase.

    nice! Im looking to add about 50lbs to my bench and since eq increases endurance I am hoping I can get my 225 over 20 reps....chest has always been my weak point and the team tests how many times you can bench 225lbs....I have horrible muscle endurance and it seems like once I hit 10 reps I die! I have good power though.

    so im guessing ur max bench is about 305 right now correct? 50 pounds from eq and tbol is a guarentee in 14 weeks imo. if your trainging for that. i like your cycle and idea. id say go for the eq tbol. forget the test

    I think 190lbs is awful small for college football. I was playing at over 200 in highschool. Add the test, gain some real weight, eq only...could end up being a waste of time.

    wtf did you play man? Im not a small guy...I have a small frame with alot of muscle....If I didint work out I wouldent be very big because my frame is built to be massive. Most big RB in the NFL are only around 210lbs and those guys are in the nfl....

    My brother has a big frame naturaly....some people just are build with wider shoulders ect. I my self have a leaner build so I hold 200lbs diffrent then my brother...at 200lbs I look like what my brother would look like at 225.

    i am guessing no testing in canadian college football? EQ would be one of the very last things i would run if i faced being tested

    if you want to avoid the test then hit up a eq/primo stack. you'll slowely gain some high quality muscle. the downfall is primo is expensive and i reccomend at least 600mgs a week

    my buddy did an eq only cycle about two hours ago, he started with 300mg/week injected eed, and bumped it up to 400 4 weeks later and the cycle lasted 12 weeks, he put on 15 lbs post cycle without pct, this guy has been lifting seriously for over a decade and already had his diet/routine in check and was close to his genetic limit
