    what next and how

    hi im new 2 the site and relatively new 2 the world of steds. i have just finished my first 8 wk course in which i stacked sus deca and anabol and its got me 6lbs closer 2 my ideal weight of 13 stone so my question 2 u lot is how can i keep the gains i have put on.


    also what would you advise for my next course 2 put on more mass instead of the sus n deca

    oh boy not another one ha check out the pct part of the forum it is what helps you keep your gaines and get your levels back to normal so i would go check it out do some research

    post cycle theraphy. when you use steroid it will supress natural test so when you come off you run pct to increase the speed in which your natural test recovers, if you dont say bye bye to most if not all your gains

    Who ever advised you to take that on your first cycle is best keeping his advice to himself.

    6lbs on your first run and with them compounds is rubbish and i can honestly say your diet and training program are not in order to grow.

    Check out the PCT forum for post cycle recovery and maintenance.

    What are your stats? how long have your been training and age?

    stats age- 26
    height 5-10
    weight before-11stone 10 lbs
    after- 12 stone 8 lbs

    training time per day average 1& half hrs
    protein consumption 300g per day mostly through chicken, egg whites, fish, lean meat + 3 protein shakes(metrx whey)
    taken sus deca & dianabol for 8 wks last 3 of the course i doubled up on sus n deca


    plz if u have any advise on anything let me know im only doing here what ive been advised would be the best for me so ive been thinkin everythings good

    As stated above, do a rigourous PCT, after you checked out the PCT forum of course, take a break from doing any AAS for awhile, and and stay connected to this board by using the search button for questions, checking out the profile of ALL the differant compounds and how they will affect you, and ask questions when you cant find the answers using the search button. Get some bloodwork done after you do PCT, like 2 to 3 months after PCT. You are still young and should recover nicely and fairly quickly with proper PCT. But bloodwork is essential so that you know your body is doing what it is suppose to do naturally after a cycle. So many variables to consider when doing AAS. good luck bro

    jus becuse you train every day does not mean its rigth every body works dif, if you dont feel it change your rutine around your body can and will adjust, also rest is just as imp. as training take a day off shock your diet all this is needed to keep your body unadaptive....mafia

    i train 5 days a wk sometimes less. i have been training for roughly 3 years now. i change my diet around all the time but like you guys always say i keep it clean, i follow a programme of what 2 eat and when buy people who have been doing this for 20 30 yrs so i dont think my diet is the problem, i change my training programmes round all the time and read a lot of books on differnt methods whilst in jail as i had a lot of spare time. i try 2 train each muscle group with 7 differnt excersises for 5 sets and reps of ten only do i change this on biceps where i do 5 excersises. i have 2 say i dont train my legs as much as i should which i know is wrong.
    i can bench 100kg comfortabley and can push out 120kg for bout 4 with a bit of persuation.

    i can shoulder press 100kg on the smiths machine.

    i can curl 50kg 60kg with a bit of help.

    squat 140kg.

    deadlift 160kg for 8 180 for 4.

    triceps i can do 50 kg on skull crushers
