PWO shake is fine, but if you drink whey protein before bed, then it's not a wise choice.
Because whey protein will be digested within 45 minutes and you need a long digestion source for the hours of sleep. Like casein. Or eggs. Along with fats, to further extend their digestion time.
I don't know where you read that thing about deca dosages, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't bodybuilding talking. Usually a bodybuilder (beginner or intermediate level) shot 200-250mg of deca every 3.5 days....sounds a bit more huh?
