You can't run a diuretic before a show. They are all detectable.

If you are a contest prep person you should know that.
Further, do you know how aldactone works? Meaning it takes 3 days before it's effective. It needs to be ran right up to the day of the show for it to be effective

she is 27, and I was going to put her on 75 mg a day for five days prior, however since it is detectable, I will have to use herbs for her.
