Newbie-With Specific Questions....
I am planning on doing my first cycle starting in July. I am 6'3 180-I am at 7% right now.
I plan on getting 2 10cc bottles of test-250 and 1 10cc bottle of deca. I would like to dose it at 400mg/week of test and 300mg/week of deca. I want to run it with 10-20mg nolvadex ED. the question is...
How do i sequence the shots? Like what days of the week for each shot?I know I need to run the deca 2 weeks past the test, because it is longer lasting ester. also, when do I start the nolvadex and when do I stop?
Forgive me if this doesnt make sense. I think I sort of know what I am talking about. I have been researching for months...just scared to actually take action.
Please help...I am getting desperate to get big.
By the way...my diet couldnt be any more solid. I am a freak when it comes to eating. When in bulk I pack away about 4000-5000 calories. mostly in oats, rice, chicken, salmon, steak, fish, egg, milk, and fruits n veggies. plus whey protein.
I am more comfortable with diet than most people I think. I really only need help with the AAS.
