i'm currently taking 300mcg of clen, 100mcg of t3 and 50mg of diphenhydramine, does anyone see a problem running diphen every night, i'm doing it because at the high dose of clen i figure i will be downgrading rapidly so constant upregulation will help, any suggestion/opinions are welcome
no there is no problem.. i take it every night to help me sleep.
I've taking every night to help me sleep also, then phate told me that it cleans your receptors. It actually work really good too. I notice the difference everytime. Thats just an added bonus!
thanks guys, just seeing if anyone had a problem with it, i didn't think their would be one, lol, i can definitely tell the clen and t3 are working now, i did a fast walk on an uphill for 30 minutes and my shirt was so wet and it started dripping like i just got sprayed with a hose and it turned transparent, i was went through like two towels during that session and right now i have three fans going in my apartment cause if i don't i sweat like crazy
btw, do you guys use benedryl, cause i use an off brand that's so much cheaper, like i got 240 25mg tabs for 10 bucks
im sure the brand doesn;t matter diphenhydramine is all the same.. off brand is the way to go cause as you can see it's hella cheaper!
