Fina questions

I used the search feature to get most of my info about Fina. What i am still unsure about is the following:
1) With 1 fina cart (2000mg of fina) @ 75mg/ml that will make about 27ml right?
2) I plan to filter with the .45 micron filter- then use the .2 micron filter so should i filter into the vial with the .45 then draw it back out and then push it into a NEW sterile vial to using the .2 micron filter?
3) Is it ok to draw out of a large fina vial repeatedly, or would it be more sterile to divide up into seperate 10ml vials?

1- Depending on the kit maker, yes.

2- You don't need the .2 filter.

3- Yes, it's okay.

if i were to use the .2 micron filter is that how i'd go about doing it?

The answer to #2 is yes. This is how you would do it. The only know bacteria that can fit through a .45 micron filter will be harmless, but I agree with you. Why not take the extra precaution if just for piece of mind. The other questions were already answered correctly by JuiceAddict.

even though these are legal you aren't allowed to ask where to get them on this board from my understanding- Assuming that you have cows though just search on the net and you will find it because it's legal... for cows.
