Should i do cardio
Heres the story.
I play college ball, and well i was getting ready for the season. I cracked a vetbra in my back, so my season was done, and along with my cardio. So i have put a few lbs on, but its around my gut. And its really bothering me. Should i wait till i start my cycle or should i work on it right now. I will still be lifting 5 days a week. The exercise should not bother me, im allways in good shape
so should i start doing cardio twice a day, one time walking and one time running

dude which vert did you injure... if it was part of the lumbar spine i would be very careful with what you are doing, especially with compound movements and high intensity training sessions... how long ago did you have the injury and what was the theraphy for healing?
if i were you i would rephrase what you are asking because im confused... are you asking if you can do cardio... or weights... or gear. I need to know a bit more before i can answer fully..
peace

I would start working on it now but twice a day may be more than you want to do. Make sure you are getting plenty of protein in and I think you will be fine but watch to make sure you are not losing muscle mass.

with damadge to the vertabrae it seems very risky to do much impact exercise. I think walking would be good but running, i would think, would be out of the question.
