I started my cycle of test cyp, deca and tren (but I haven’t made it yet….next few days as soon as it gets here)….
This cycle was not really in the the plan for me…..i originally just wanted to get test prop with tren but that’s not how it worked out..im moving soon and this is what the guy had locally and I just wanted to get my hands on something before I left and went to uncharted territories…ive used the tren and test prop as a cutting cycle before a and had awesome results with it….i mean I lost like 25-30 pounds and I was looking better than I ever could have imagined ….ive been a big chubby kid my whole life and now I wasn’t so I was happy with what I got…..i was 6’1” 285 at about 33% body fat and I got down to 246 and I have no clue what my bf was at the time…I really didn’t care..alls I knew was that like looked like a champ compaired to what I used to…any ways…Ive kept the weight off for a while then started traveling for work and things went down hill….i got back up to 269 and in the past 3 or 4 weeks I got back down in weight always around 245-250……I cleaned up my diet drastically….my diet consists of 3 zero carb (isopure) protein shakes a day along with 3 solid food meals....and i keep low carb but i still get some.... all complex.....its just the way my body type is....i have the hardest time loosing but i pack it on real fast…I do AM cardio on an empty stomach….then I go back to the gym and kill the weights and then I do abs and HIIT cardio….so I do cardio 10 to 12 times a week….but anyways it seems like my weight has come to a stagnant point…that’s why I decided to get back on….and I know that AS tend to boost metabolism and speed protein synthesis…..but im just a lil bit worried about the cyp and deca……I mean all the guys I train with(experienced AS users) say I will be fine as long as I keep my diet clean and stay an animal in the gym….i mean what exact kind of cycle would this be considered…is it like a lean bulk or what…alls they tell me is im gonna get where i wanna be as long as my diet staysclean..i am imagining that if I keep my diet clean the way it is…. im gonna keep on loosing bf and get some quality size as well…..but im not sure what to expect...ive already posted a few times but I was very unclear about things and caught some shit so this is my last post on this….i just thought I would give it another shst and see if I can get more responses out of this one……im also gonna start some clen I have left over from the past to help speed things up a bit well…. Heres my stats and what have started and the actual cycle im planning on too
age: 23
High: 6'1"
weight: stay around 245 to 250
Bf: 17 or 18
cycle exp: BS dbol in HS 2 or 3 time (no research done at all)
Tren, test prop, t3, and clen almost a year ago ( lots of research done)
Traing exp:4 or 5 years on and off.....really serious in the past 2 years.......im o n a ****ing mission...i do a.m cardio 5..6 days a week then i go again in the evening and hit the weights real hard then i do some more cardio after that (HIIT)
Diet: high protien low carb (375g of protein under 300g carbs)
im gonna stay on the test cyp for 12 to 15 weeks(275mg)
the deca for ten weeks(in all honesty I don’t remember how many mg it is)
I might wait till week 4 or 5 to start the tren unless noted other wise( whatever it comes out to when you make it….i guess 75mg eod)
I herd that with tren and deca you could start to lactate unless you take test with it… is this true
